Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential legal tech organization seeking a mandatory intern to join their client support operations team in Berlin. After comprehensive onboarding, you will:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients on traffic law matters via phone and email
• Support attorneys with case processing, including creating and maintaining digital client files
• Coordinate court appointments and ensure timely coverage through partner attorneys
• Communicate independently with authorities, courts, and legal insurance providers
• Standardize templates and contribute to continuous process optimization

What We're Looking For

• You must complete a mandatory one-year internship in Berlin to obtain your Fachhochschulreife (specialized higher education entrance qualification)
• Basic interest in legal office work or administrative tasks with legal context
• Careful, structured work approach with enthusiasm for working with digital systems
• Strong team player who can also work independently
• German language skills at C2 level and English proficiency at B2-C1 level
