Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial technology organization seeking a Product Manager for Process Analytics / TOC. In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through development, market launch, and ongoing enhancement
• Develop product strategies, conduct market analyses, and create go-to-market concepts
• Serve as Product Owner, collaborating closely with development, marketing, sales, and service teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, analyze technical requirements, and translate them into compelling product solutions
• Manage industry-specific initiatives and maintain relationships with B2B clients independently
• Conduct technical training sessions for internal staff and customers

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of chemistry, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries is advantageous
• Strong technical aptitude and experience in B2B marketing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent understanding of technical systems and complex relationships
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; comfort with cross-cultural collaboration
