Position Summary

intent seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead product development initiatives from conception through market deployment. You will serve as the primary client liaison, coordinate cross-discipline teams, and drive strategic decisions that transform hardware concepts into shipped solutions. This role operates within a fully distributed organization that values autonomy, clear thinking, and ownership of outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own client relationships with North American partners, functioning as the trusted advisor and decision-maker throughout project delivery cycles

• Manage product development initiatives end-to-end: requirements definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and post-launch optimization

• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams comprising engineers, designers, quality assurance professionals, and peer managers

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, financial tracking, and project health communication

• Collaborate with clients to clarify product strategy, validate assumptions, and determine the most effective path to deliver value

• Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation with chapter leadership

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, operations, and team capabilities across the organization

• Integrate artificial intelligence into your daily management practice and strategic decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years managing product or program initiatives, ideally within software development, hardware integration, or technology services

• Proven track record delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects from definition to launch

• Strong command of Agile or Scrum frameworks with demonstrated sprint execution expertise

• Fluent English communication; ability to engage effectively across distributed teams and US-based stakeholders spanning multiple time zones

• Comfort with ambiguity; tendency to ask clarifying questions before committing to solutions

• Genuine curiosity about product impact and user value, not merely task completion metrics

• Openness to AI-assisted workflows as a force multiplier for strategic thinking and operations

• Preference for transparent, direct communication and personal accountability for project success
