The Opportunity

Woongjin, Inc is looking for a dedicated IT Helpdesk technician to support our computing environment and end-user technical needs. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person assistance

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile devices
  • Manage IT support tickets and track resolution progress
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
  • Assist with system maintenance, updates, and security patches
  • Support onboarding of new team members with technology setup and training

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals and common IT support tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving orientation and willingness to learn new technologies
