Our talent team is representing a confidential private equity and investment management firm operating in the financial services sector. This organization specializes in strategic capital allocation for high-growth enterprises, with a particular focus on commercial and residential investment property lending. We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation for their lending operations.

This is a full-time independent contractor position (40 hours/week) aligned to Eastern Standard Time. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico and Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls daily to prospective real estate investors and property owners
  • Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type, and financial requirements for loans ranging from $500k to $10M
  • Set a target of 10 high-quality appointments per day for senior loan originators
  • Manage and update lead status diligently within CRM systems (HubSpot or GoHighLevel)
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified deals
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual required)
  • Mid-to-senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting—this is not an entry-level role
  • Proven background in real estate finance or investment property lending
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high-volume call cadence while maintaining quality conversations
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GoHighLevel) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk)
  • Full availability during US Eastern Standard Time business hours
  • Personal laptop, high-speed reliable internet, and noise-cancelling headset

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in loan origination, underwriting, or processing
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo and ZoomInfo
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook for deal tracking
