About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential private equity and investment management firm operating in the financial services sector. This organization specializes in strategic capital allocation for high-growth enterprises, with a particular focus on commercial and residential investment property lending. We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation for their lending operations.
This is a full-time independent contractor position (40 hours/week) aligned to Eastern Standard Time. The role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Mexico and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Execute a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls daily to prospective real estate investors and property owners
- Qualify leads based on investment criteria, property type, and financial requirements for loans ranging from $500k to $10M
- Set a target of 10 high-quality appointments per day for senior loan originators
- Manage and update lead status diligently within CRM systems (HubSpot or GoHighLevel)
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified deals
- Proactively follow up with prospects to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual required)
- Mid-to-senior level experience in cold calling and appointment setting—this is not an entry-level role
- Proven background in real estate finance or investment property lending
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high-volume call cadence while maintaining quality conversations
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or GoHighLevel) and VOIP dialers (AirCall/CloudTalk)
- Full availability during US Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Personal laptop, high-speed reliable internet, and noise-cancelling headset
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in loan origination, underwriting, or processing
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo and ZoomInfo
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook for deal tracking
