Account Executive

What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle from prospect identification through contract closure. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, identify customer needs through consultative discovery, and guide deals to successful completion. Your focus is on balancing new business development with expansion opportunities, positioning Xplor's solutions to solve real business problems.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline of new prospects and existing customers seeking expansion opportunities
• Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations that directly address customer pain points and objectives
• Lead contract negotiations and shepherd accounts through the complete sales journey to closure
• Partner with customer success, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and enable adoption
• Maintain pipeline visibility through accurate CRM forecasting and account documentation
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and pipeline development goals

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2-3 years closing enterprise software or SaaS deals as an Account Executive or equivalent sales role
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and operational stakeholders
• Strength in consultative and solution-based selling, with experience navigating complex, multi-contact deals
• Self-directed with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred) and standard sales tools
• Resilience, coachability, and proven success thriving in competitive, metrics-driven sales environments
