Account Executive

Xplor is hiring an Account Executive for a remote position. As a key member of our sales team, you'll develop meaningful client partnerships and drive business growth by showcasing how Xplor's solutions address real customer challenges.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote Account Executive opportunity with Xplor. You'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—working with companies seeking to improve their business operations. Your success depends on your ability to listen, strategize, and present tailored solutions that resonate with each client's unique goals and pain points.

Core Duties

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify market opportunities and engage prospects through outbound and inbound channels
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized product demonstrations
• Develop compelling proposals and close agreements aligned with client requirements
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in enterprise or mid-market sales, preferably in business solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand customer business needs
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Track record of consistently hitting or surpassing sales goals
