Account Executive

Xplor is hiring an Account Executive to build and manage a growing client portfolio in a fully remote position based out of Santa Ana, CA. This is your opportunity to drive revenue growth, close enterprise deals, and build lasting partnerships in a fast-paced sales environment.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive, you'll own the entire sales cycle for assigned accounts, from initial prospect outreach through contract close and customer onboarding. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, building compelling proposals, and exceeding revenue targets. This role offers the independence of remote work combined with the support of a collaborative sales team committed to your success.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify new clients within your assigned territory, leveraging company tools and your own network to build a strong pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
• Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client objectives and budget requirements
• Navigate the sales cycle through contract negotiation and close, managing multiple deals simultaneously
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data, reporting regularly on progress toward targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoff and successful implementation
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, generating repeat revenue and account expansion opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative B2B sales, with demonstrated ability to close deals
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfort pitching to senior-level decision makers
• Self-motivated with discipline to manage your own time, pipeline, and activity in a remote setting
• Ability to think strategically about customer problems and articulate value propositions clearly
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to forecasting, CRM management, and deal tracking
• Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment; willingness to learn and improve continuously
• Experience in software, SaaS, merchant services, or payment solutions is a plus
