About the Role

As an Associate - Procurement Services, you'll play a key part in our purchasing and vendor management operations. This remote position offers the opportunity to develop procurement expertise while contributing directly to WNS Global Services' operational success. You'll work alongside experienced procurement professionals, handling the day-to-day activities that keep our supply chain efficient and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to process purchase orders and manage delivery schedules
• Assist in preparing and reviewing procurement documentation and supplier contracts
• Support the procurement team in vendor communication and relationship management
• Track and update procurement records, maintaining accurate and current documentation
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate alternative suppliers
• Respond to internal stakeholder requests for purchasing information and order status updates

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email systems, and standard business applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or procurement experience preferred
