What This Role Involves

This Group Manager - EAG position is a full-time opportunity based in Mumbai to oversee a dedicated team, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of strategic IT initiatives. You'll be responsible for team development, performance management, and aligning operations with company objectives in the fast-paced Information Technology sector.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and collective goals
• Manage team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and capability building
• Oversee project delivery and ensure quality standards are consistently met
• Monitor team productivity, utilisation, and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team efficiency
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise team operations
• Address escalations and resolve team-level issues promptly

• Proven experience managing and leading teams in an IT or technology services environment
