Position Summary
US Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Clarksville North location. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey with evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes and fostering a positive patient experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine treatment needs
- Design and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and medical records
Who We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy license in Tennessee
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
