Business Analyst – Government & Regulatory Programs with Security Clearance

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Business Analyst - Government & Regulatory Programs with an active security clearance. This is an on-site role based in Stamford, CT.

Our client requires a professional who can bridge regulatory requirements and operational execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Legal, Product, Operations, UX, and Technology to translate complex government and compliance mandates into workable business solutions for both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret government and regulatory requirements affecting business operations
• Translate compliance mandates into actionable business and technical requirements
• Document current-state business processes and design improved, compliant workflows
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver customer-facing and agent-facing solutions
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into user experiences
• Support delivery of technology solutions that meet regulatory standards
• Maintain documentation of requirements, processes, and compliance frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance required
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with government or regulatory programs
• Strong ability to interpret regulatory guidance and translate into business requirements
• Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams
• Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills
• Ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, and Technology organizations
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
