About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential government contractor supporting mission-critical operations. Our client is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join their team working on large-scale infrastructure standardization efforts. This role will contribute to delivering consistent IT services across multiple locations and enabling operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions
- Support implementation of enterprise IT service management capabilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet operational requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CMDB accuracy and integrity
- Document technical designs and development processes
- Support transition from legacy systems to modern service management platforms
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with focus on CMDB
- Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database principles and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization
- Ability to obtain or maintain government security clearance
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government clients preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in team environments
