About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential aerospace organization in Melbourne, Brevard County, seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their information technology division. This role focuses on modernizing software product production through DevSecOps methodologies and requires an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain DevSecOps pipelines including continuous build, continuous integration, and continuous deployment workflows
• Modernize software production processes using cutting-edge development tools and methodologies
• Integrate continuous testing and continuous cybersecurity practices into development lifecycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient software delivery
• Support the evolution of software engineering practices within the organization

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required)
• Strong background in software engineering and DevSecOps principles
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices
• Knowledge of cybersecurity integration in software development processes
• Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, Brevard County on a 9x80 schedule
• Engineer-level expertise (mid to senior experience expected)
