Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitation standards in all food preparation and storage areas
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality meal service
• Monitor food inventory, storage practices, and equipment maintenance
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work stations throughout shifts
• Adapt to menu changes and respond to operational needs and service requirements
