We are representing a boutique performance marketing agency based in Munich that specializes in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Our client is seeking an entry-level Online Marketing Manager who is eager to launch or pivot into a digital marketing career—no prior experience required.

This is an excellent opportunity for career changers (Quereinsteiger) who are analytical, self-motivated, and ready to be trained from the ground up by experienced professionals. You'll work in a modern office environment in Munich's Schwabing district alongside an ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign setup and ongoing optimization for e-commerce clients
• Gradually take ownership of client accounts, progressing from support to full independent account management
• Develop strategic relationships with clients, evolving from implementer to trusted advisor
• Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities
• Participate in regular internal training sessions with industry experts

What We're Looking For

• Meticulous, self-driven work style with strong attention to detail
• Comfort working with numbers and analytical tasks
• Very good German language skills (professional fluency)
• Current residence in Munich or willingness to relocate
