As an Administrative Assistant II at University Health Network, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to research departments and senior staff. Your work enables researchers and clinicians to focus on their core mission by handling the critical behind-the-scenes functions that keep operations running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for research teams and executives
  • Prepare, format, and maintain correspondence, reports, and research-related documentation
  • Manage databases, filing systems, and information organization to ensure easy access and accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support project execution and communication
  • Process administrative requests, track action items, and follow up on time-sensitive matters
