Core Duties
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and clinical research activities for medical staff and research teams
- Prepare, edit, and maintain medical reports, correspondence, and research documentation
- Manage calendars, arrange travel, and coordinate logistics for healthcare professionals and research initiatives
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy standards
- Support grant administration, budget tracking, and research project coordination activities
- Provide administrative support to medical committees and research teams

Skills & Qualifications
