Position Summary

As an Admissions Representative at Unitek Learning, you'll be the first point of contact for students exploring our career-focused educational offerings. You'll guide candidates through the enrollment process, answer questions about program structure and career outcomes, and help them take the next step toward their professional goals in healthcare and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and engagement activities to generate awareness of Unitek Learning programs among prospective students in the Sacramento area
• Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate program information and answering admissions questions
• Qualify prospective applicants, assess their readiness for enrollment, and guide them through the application submission process
• Attend and coordinate recruitment events, information sessions, and community outreach to attract students
• Maintain accurate records of all student contacts and interactions in our enrollment management system
• Collaborate with academic and student services teams to support a smooth transition from recruitment to enrollment
