About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential slow luxury fashion brand based in Munich for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) in Brand Content & Operations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder of an emerging fashion house and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of brand operations, content creation, and customer fulfillment.

The role is based primarily in a Munich showroom with approximately two days of remote work per week. You'll be involved in everything from social media content creation to order fulfillment, event planning to supplier coordination—seeing firsthand how a growing brand operates from the inside.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ordering and inventory oversight for packaging materials, labels, magazines, and showroom supplies while maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Create content for social media and website, including photos, videos, and stories captured in the showroom and at external locations
  • Process and fulfill orders from the online store and marketplace platforms, including careful packaging, shipping label creation, and returns management
  • Draft correspondence, prepare responses for founder review, and handle written communications
  • Support event planning and welcome guests to the showroom
  • Assist with photoshoots and campaigns from concept through completion
  • Provide honest feedback and input on new brand initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong aesthetic sense with appreciation for sustainability, quality, and interpersonal connection
  • Comfort both in front of and behind the camera; video editing skills or willingness to learn
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Experience with Shopify or social media management is a plus but not required
  • Must provide documentation from your university or examination regulations proving this is a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
  • Creative thinkers who don't fit into conventional boxes are especially encouraged to apply
