Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost control frameworks, schedules, and reporting structures for energy projects
• Monitor project expenditure, conduct variance analysis, and produce accurate budget forecasting reports
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports and financial summaries for project leadership and stakeholders
• Support cost estimation processes and participate in value engineering reviews
• Collaborate with project teams, finance functions, and client contacts to ensure consistent cost data integrity
• Identify, escalate, and communicate cost risks and emerging budget pressures

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience in project cost management
• Proven competency in cost accounting, financial analysis, and budget control
• Working understanding of project controls methodologies and industry best practices
• Advanced proficiency with cost reporting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills, translating financial complexity for diverse audiences
