As a Personal Lines Producer at Trucordia, you'll connect with individuals and families to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend comprehensive coverage solutions. Responsibilities

• Analyze client situations to determine appropriate personal insurance coverage needs
• Prepare and present competitive quotes for homeowners, auto, and other personal lines policies
• Complete applications and process policy changes through internal systems
• Develop and nurture client relationships to build loyalty and repeat business
• Manage policy renewals and proactively communicate coverage updates
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active insurance license or demonstrated ability to obtain one (licensing support available)
• Sales or customer service experience demonstrating ability to close business
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate insurance concepts for diverse clients
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and demonstrated ability to master new software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
