Senior Project Manager

The Opportunity

Telefonica Tech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee enterprise health projects that connect strategy with execution. You'll manage cross-functional teams, navigate stakeholder expectations across multiple layers of the business, and deliver outcomes that matter. This is a remote position that gives you flexibility whilst keeping you embedded in a collaborative, purpose-driven team focused on healthcare transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee large-scale enterprise health projects from conception through delivery and closure
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in partnership with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests; communicate transparently with all parties
• Track progress against agreed milestones; report status, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Foster collaboration across teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Telefonica Tech's governance frameworks, quality standards, and methodology

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale projects, ideally within health, technology, or similar complex environments
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, solve problems creatively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with project management tools and enterprise software platforms
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred; healthcare domain knowledge a plus
