About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital health organization in Germany seeking a Medical/Digital Health Working Student (m/f/d) to join their clinical and research team. This is a remote or Berlin-based position requiring 15-20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, starting immediately.
You'll work at the intersection of medicine, science, and product development, helping translate scientific evidence into digital applications that provide real value for patients, particularly in the context of chronic conditions and behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature and evidence searches in scientific databases, guidelines, and reliable sources
- Review, summarize, and prepare studies, guidelines, and medical information
- Maintain, review, and format bibliographies; support citation management
- Support development of medical-scientific, patient-centered, and digital care concepts
- Research medical, care-relevant, and regulatory issues in digital health
- Contribute to presentations, internal documentation, scientific manuscripts, and research projects
- Support development and revision of evidence-based content for digital interventions and patient communication
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled (minimum third semester) in Human Medicine, Health Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, Nutritional Sciences, or comparable program
- Strong interest in evidence-based medicine, clinical research, and digital health applications
- Ability to read, understand, write, and concisely summarize scientific texts in German and English
- Careful, structured, and reliable work style, especially with sources, references, and formal requirements
- Native-level German; excellent written and spoken English
- Ideally first experience with PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, or Zotero
- Knowledge of study methodology, statistics, R, or Python is a plus
