(Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive strategic team growth. Reporting to the executive office, you will serve as the central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from hiring strategy through job postings, pipeline management, and contract signing
• Develop and strengthen employer branding to position the organization as a top choice for talent
• Conduct active sourcing and build qualified talent pipelines across Product & Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations functions
• Ensure an efficient and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including executive search firms for select positions
• Build and evolve scalable processes leveraging the right mix of AI/automation and human touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Professional fluency in German (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum)
• 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in active sourcing and recruiting with end-to-end process ownership
• Proven track record collaborating successfully with senior leadership and C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to engage, qualify, and communicate effectively with candidates across technical and business backgrounds
• Startup experience with comfort navigating rapid change and building structure from ambiguity
• Self-directed work style with ability to quickly learn new topics, proactively tackle challenges, and seek support when needed
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with active pursuit of automation and AI opportunities
• Experience not just using scalable processes but designing and implementing them from concept to execution

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience establishing a talent acquisition function from the ground up
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Network within the SaaS startup ecosystem in Munich
• Exposure to the public sector or government technology space
