About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization in their search for a Deal Desk Analyst. This is a critical role within the revenue operations infrastructure, supporting deal flow, contract accuracy, and systems improvement for a scaling go-to-market organization.

This position is remote within the United States and reports into the Revenue Operations leadership team. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure deal integrity and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day deal support by reviewing in-flight order forms for non-standard terms and routing exceptions appropriately before they reach Legal or provisioning teams
  • Conduct post-close opportunity audits to ensure accuracy between CRM records and contract data, surfacing reconciliation gaps before they impact billing or provisioning
  • Diagnose root causes of recurring discrepancies—whether field mapping issues, template gaps, or process adherence—and drive upstream fixes to prevent recurrence
  • Design and maintain the Deal Desk operating framework including runbooks, approval matrices, intake workflows, and deal-type documentation to enable scalability
  • Build structured feedback loops that translate operational pain points into actionable recommendations for engineering and RevOps teams
  • Establish quality standards, exception taxonomy, and intake criteria that create cleaner systems over time
  • Support the transition from manual workarounds to automated, self-service processes

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related commercial functions with direct exposure to contract review, deal structuring, or order management
  • Salesforce proficiency—comfortable navigating Opportunity objects and related records, building reports, and identifying data quality issues across the quote-to-cash tech stack
  • Systems thinking with a builder mindset—when you encounter recurring problems, your instinct is to understand root causes, fix the underlying process, document learnings, and measure outcomes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—you can maintain current-state operations while simultaneously contributing to next-generation process design without needing perfect clarity upfront
  • Strong cross-functional communication—equally effective fielding questions from Account Executives, coordinating redlines with Legal, and presenting clean summaries to Finance leadership
  • Analytical rigor—able to independently build audit trackers, exception logs, and reconciliation reports, then translate findings into recommendations rather than just data tables
  • Experience with CLM or order form tooling such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar platforms
