Compliance Analyst

QAD, Inc. is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join our Mumbai-based team on a fully remote basis. As a Full Time Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation meets all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of governance and operational integrity.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Compliance Analyst to support our compliance operations across the organisation. In this remote position, you will be responsible for monitoring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining compliance across all business functions. Working from Mumbai or any location with reliable internet access, you will contribute to a culture of responsibility and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and document organisational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits across departments to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and recommendations for leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Investigate compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions with responsible teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes that impact the organisation
• Support the development and implementation of compliance training and awareness programmes
• Document compliance processes, procedures, and evidence for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with documentation and data management tools
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation
• Experience conducting audits or compliance reviews preferred
• Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Certification in compliance (CCP, CCEP, or similar) is a plus
