About This Position

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our North Andover self-storage facility. You'll combine genuine customer service skills with facility management responsibilities, creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards for cleanliness and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer inquiries about unit availability, pricing, and rental terms
• Process rental agreements and manage customer accounts
• Conduct facility tours and assist customers in selecting appropriate storage units
• Collect rent payments and handle account receivables
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, hallways, and office spaces
• Monitor facility security systems and report maintenance issues
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional, timely manner
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
