We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency that supports clients across multiple industries. They are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their fully remote team and help coordinate day-to-day campaign execution across client accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who thrives in a collaborative, organized environment and wants to gain hands-on experience across various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across client accounts
• Help coordinate content, creative assets and campaign materials across different channels
• Maintain campaign calendars, task lists and project documentation
• Assist with preparing client reports, presentations and marketing updates
• Conduct basic research on audiences, competitors, industries and marketing trends
• Help monitor campaign performance and maintain accurate marketing data
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals and deliverables with internal teams
• Support marketing team members with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, administration or a related field
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentation tools and digital platforms
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email, SEO and paid advertising
• Proactive, dependable and comfortable working as part of a remote team

Preferred:

• Internship or academic experience in marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar platforms
• Social media experience
• Basic knowledge of content creation or marketing analytics
