Pilot Company is seeking a full-time Technician for Store Systems in Knoxville, Tennessee, to maintain and support the technology infrastructure that keeps our stores running smoothly. About This Position

This full-time technician role is based in Knoxville, TN, and focuses on managing the store systems that are essential to daily operations. You'll be a technical problem-solver who works both independently and as part of a team, supporting our growing network of facilities. The position offers the chance to develop expertise in retail technology infrastructure while contributing to operational excellence across Pilot Company's stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain point-of-sale systems and related hardware at store locations
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing timely technical support to store staff
• Test and deploy system updates and patches while minimizing disruption to store operations
• Document technical configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and system changes for future reference
• Collaborate with other IT team members and store managers to identify technical needs and implement solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics to ensure system reliability and uptime

What We're Looking For

• Technical expertise in hardware troubleshooting, network fundamentals, or retail systems administration
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset when supporting store personnel
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and system management
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with team members
• Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed for installations and support
• Relevant technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
