Senior Product Manager, OX Retention & Expansion

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a Senior Product Manager, Retention & Expansion to join their distributed product organization. This is a remote role based in Turkey (CET timezone), working with a global team of 160+ product professionals across Europe and beyond.

Our client operates a complex B2B platform serving enterprise customers across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe. They maintain a 4.9/5 rating across major review platforms and are recognized for product quality and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own retention, product adoption, and expansion growth across the active customer base. Your mission is to ensure customers fully adopt and realize value from the platform after activation, turning product adoption into a scalable, predictable driver of retention and revenue growth.

• Define retention and expansion strategy, translating business targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap aligned with measurable customer and business outcomes
• Lead structured discovery through customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel review to diagnose adoption blockers and maintain a validated opportunity backlog
• Own cross-functional initiatives that drive activation, onboarding, discoverability, and monetization across active organizations
• Drive cross-team retention and expansion programs in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Success, GTM, and Product teams
• Define and maintain a metric tree for retention, adoption, and monetization; make scale/iterate/stop decisions based on measurable outcomes
• Identify and validate AI/ML opportunities for segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization in partnership with Data and Engineering teams
• Own key metrics including Average Processing Volume per Active Customer, retention rates, and cross-product adoption

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
• Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
• Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, Product Marketing, and Product organizations
• Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Fluent English (C1+) required; Russian-speaking team environment
