Role Overview

As a Janitorial Maintenance team member at Pilot Company's Ripon travel center, you'll be essential to maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards that define our customer experience. This hands-on, part-time role focuses on facility maintenance and sanitation across our retail and customer service areas. Your consistent effort and attention to detail directly impact both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas including restrooms, break rooms, dining spaces, and retail floors
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting throughout the facility according to established schedules
• Empty, replace, and maintain trash receptacles and waste disposal areas
• Restock and organize cleaning supplies, restroom paper products, and dispenser refills
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, spills, and equipment problems to management
• Follow all safety protocols, use cleaning equipment correctly, and adhere to health standards
• Maintain consistent attendance and complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts

Skills & Qualifications

• Physical capability to perform cleaning work, lift and carry supplies, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance record
