Sales Manager – GDPR & AI Act Compliance SaaS

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support European expansion. Our client provides compliance technology solutions serving businesses navigating data privacy and regulatory frameworks across the EU.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity based in the European Union. The engagement model is entrepreneurial and performance-focused, offering share participation or management buy-in tied to successful deal outcomes rather than traditional fixed compensation. This structure suits experienced sales professionals interested in building long-term value alongside commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across the European Union
• Build and manage a sales pipeline independently
• Present compliance SaaS solutions to companies managing regulatory obligations
• Engage with stakeholders and decision-makers to create interest and secure buy-in
• Conduct product introductions, presentations, and demonstrations as needed
• Understand client needs and position solutions consultatively
• Support development of go-to-market strategy for compliance use cases
• Work closely with leadership to refine sales messaging and market approach

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, compliance-related sales, or technology sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to engage with management-level stakeholders and decision-makers
• Interest in or understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, or related topics
• Comfortable working remotely and managing independent sales activities
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong plus
• Based in the European Union
• Available for flexible or part-time collaboration model
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in early-stage or growing business environments
