We are representing a well-funded engineering software company based in Munich. Our client is developing AI-powered solutions for complex manufacturing sectors and has achieved strong early traction. They are backed by prominent European investors and a team of experienced builders with backgrounds at leading technology companies and research institutions.

As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving diverse challenges and driving execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to set company priorities, make strategic trade-offs, and maintain organizational focus on high-impact work
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that slow growth or break core processes
• Lead cross-functional projects from conception through delivery, spanning fundraising, product development, engineering, sales, customer success, people operations, and general operations
• Own and optimize people operations including hiring plans, recruitment processes, onboarding programs, team development initiatives, and company culture
• Serve as a culture and energy driver across the organization, building relationships throughout the team and connecting context across functions
• Take ownership of emerging priorities as the company scales and evolves
