Enterprise Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential media technology client seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join their growing commercial organization. This strategic role focuses on creating qualified opportunities with large multi-location enterprises across retail, hospitality, healthcare, and related industries.

This is not a high-volume prospecting position. You'll serve as a strategic extension of the enterprise sales function—researching complex accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, and building relationships that fuel long-term partnerships with major brands.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic enterprise pipeline across retail, hospitality, restaurants, convenience, grocery, healthcare, and other multi-location industries
• Research target accounts, organizational structures, business initiatives, leadership changes, and customer experience priorities
• Map buying committees by identifying executive sponsors, decision makers, champions, influencers, and technical stakeholders
• Execute personalized multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Partner closely with senior sales leadership to develop and execute strategic account pursuit plans
• Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene while ensuring accurate account, activity, and opportunity data

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of business development, sales development, or enterprise prospecting experience
• Proven track record generating qualified enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders
• Strong research capabilities, organization, and consistent follow-through
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Apollo, or similar sales engagement tools
• Ability to manage multiple strategic pursuits simultaneously
• Experience selling into multi-location businesses is a plus
• Naturally curious, resilient, and energized by opening new doors with major accounts

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The target compensation structure includes base salary plus variable commission with total earnings potential in the six-figure range, along with equity and benefits.
