About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity technology company that is scaling rapidly across LATAM. This is a true platform engineering role—you'll build, operate, and continuously improve the corporate technology stack that enables a distributed workforce to work securely and efficiently.

You'll own identity, endpoints, SaaS administration, and Zero Trust infrastructure end-to-end. This isn't a ticket queue—it's an engineering position where automation is the default and security is embedded into how systems are built, not bolted on afterward.

Responsibilities

• Platform & Identity: Administer Google Workspace, Okta (or equivalent IdP), and MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or similar) across a primarily macOS and ChromeOS fleet. Own SaaS lifecycle, asset management, endpoint compliance, and the complete joiner–mover–leaver process.
• Zero Trust & Secure Access: Operate and improve the Cloudflare Zero Trust environment, including ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, DNS filtering, tunnels, and identity/device-aware access policies. Move away from traditional network trust while maintaining frictionless employee access.
• Automation & Internal Tooling: Build tooling that eliminates repetitive work. Use REST APIs, Python, Apps Script, Terraform, n8n, and AI-assisted workflows to automate processes—if it happens more than twice, it should be code.
• Service Operations: Define and improve incident, problem, and change management practices. Build service catalogs, knowledge bases, metrics, and operational readiness frameworks.
• Reliability & Continuous Improvement: Drive zero-touch provisioning, endpoint compliance, fleet health monitoring, SaaS governance, and self-service capabilities. Make internal platforms boringly reliable.
• Embedded Security: Deploy security controls, harden endpoints, support security incidents, and reduce operational risk as an integrated part of platform operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep experience administering enterprise SaaS and identity platforms—Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, an IdP such as Okta or Entra, and MDM at organizational scale
• Comfort with SSO, SAML, SCIM, DNS, and certificates
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust technologies—ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, or modern network access controls. Familiarity with platforms like Cloudflare Zero Trust, Zscaler, Netskope, Tailscale, or Entra Private Access
• Genuine automation skills—you write Python, Apps Script, or similar; work confidently with REST APIs; and have shipped internal tooling that permanently eliminated recurring work
• Experience managing macOS fleets at scale, including zero-touch provisioning and compliance baselines
• Service operations maturity—you've run incident and change practices, defined metrics, and built documentation people actually use
• Strong fundamentals in endpoint hardening, identity security, DNS, certificates, and secure network access
• Process improvement mindset—you fix systems, not just individual tickets

Bonus Points For:

• Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code experience
• Cloudflare expertise
• n8n or similar orchestration tools
• AI and LLM-assisted workflow development
• Deep macOS expertise
• Chrome Enterprise experience
• Working in SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audited environments
