Join Junior Adventures Group as a Programme Coordinator based in Ballyhea, Cork, Ireland. This is a full-time role supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational programmes and activities for young people across our operations.

What This Role Involves

As Programme Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring Junior Adventures Group's youth development initiatives run smoothly and effectively. You'll manage the administrative and operational aspects of our educational programmes, working closely with activity leaders, educators, and families to create engaging, well-organised experiences that help young people thrive. This is a hands-on position combining logistics, communication, and a genuine passion for youth development in the Ballyhea area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for educational programmes and adventures
• Liaise with activity leaders, educators, and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Manage participant registrations, communications, and administrative records
• Support programme planning and help tailor activities to meet participant needs
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on programme participation and outcomes
• Assist with marketing materials and information for prospective participants
• Solve practical problems quickly to keep activities on track
• Work collaboratively across the team to support overall organisational goals
