  • Manage participant registrations, communications, and administrative records
  • Support programme planning and help tailor activities to meet participant needs
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on programme participation and outcomes
  • Assist with marketing materials and information for prospective participants
  • Solve practical problems quickly to keep activities on track
  • Work collaboratively across the team to support overall organisational goals
