About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization in building an AI-native digital banking business. This is a CEO-level role where you will define and own the entire proposition, leading the creation of intelligent banking experiences that fundamentally rethink how consumers manage their money through AI-powered workflows and automation.
Responsibilities
- Define the digital banking proposition, product roadmap, and business model from the ground up
- Build AI-native experiences across accounts, cards, payments, savings, and money management
- Deploy AI to automate and improve financial decisions, customer workflows, and servicing
- Own complete P&L including customer acquisition, deposits, revenue, unit economics, and operating costs
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to build and ship the banking platform
- Recruit and build the core team with banking, technology, and operational capabilities
- Drive banking partnerships, regulatory readiness, and market expansion strategy
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech
- Direct ownership of a meaningful banking product, business unit, or P&L
- Strong understanding of banking products, economics, operations, and regulation
- Exceptional product judgement with the ability to identify where AI creates materially better banking experiences
- Proven experience building and scaling technology products and teams
- Hands-on operating capability—able to work directly through product flows, economics, customer problems, and execution
