Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and assessments, co-ordinating availability between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, documentation, and applicant tracking systems
  • Manage candidate correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication throughout the hiring process
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting vacancies through to candidate onboarding
  • Process background checks, references, and employment verification documentation
  • Maintain databases and records in compliance with legal and organisational requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and HR teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within recruitment, HR, or related field
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Commitment to creating a positive experience for candidates and colleagues
