Senior Direct Response Copywriter (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer organization in the supplements and wellness sector. Our client is entering their next phase of expansion, and high-converting copy is one of their most critical growth levers.

We're not looking for a traditional brand copywriter. We need someone who sells through words—someone who understands that effective copy doesn't just sound good, it drives action. You'll be responsible for creating messaging that captures attention, makes problems feel urgent, builds trust, and moves people to convert.

Responsibilities

You will write and optimize direct response copy across multiple channels, including:

• Meta and TikTok ad copy
• Hooks and headlines
• UGC scripts
• Landing pages and product pages
• Advertorials
• Email campaigns and lifecycle messaging
• Retargeting copy
• Offers and CTAs
• VSL and video scripts

You will collaborate closely with creative strategy and growth teams, using performance data to continuously refine and improve your copy. Your success will be measured not by word count, but by business impact: conversion rate, click-through rate, revenue per visitor, revenue per email, customer acquisition cost, ad performance, and copy test win rates.

Your goal is to develop scalable messaging that consistently converts.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• Multiple years of direct response copywriting experience
• A proven track record of copy that has demonstrably sold products or services
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and buying triggers
• Ability to craft compelling hooks and irresistible offers
• Love for research and genuine curiosity about what makes customers tick
• Comfort reading and interpreting performance data
• Emotional detachment from your copy—you test, iterate, and optimize based on results
• Recognition that "sounds good" is not a KPI
• Self-directed work style with ownership of outcomes
• German language fluency required for this role

Bonus: Experience in DTC, e-commerce, supplements, health, or beauty verticals.
