Director, Workforce Strategy & Transformation

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization that is transforming how global companies approach workforce planning and performance management. Our client is seeking a Director, Workforce Strategy & Transformation to join their center of excellence as a domain expert and thought leader.

This is a remote position where you'll serve as a trusted subject matter expert, helping shape go-to-market strategy, enable sales teams, and drive adoption of innovative workforce planning solutions. You'll combine deep functional expertise with exceptional communication skills to guide prospects and customers while scaling knowledge across a broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management, sales, customer success, and enablement teams to integrate workforce applications into the go-to-market motion
• Create and deliver compelling sales plays, presentations, ROI insights, customer stories, and enablement content including training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Ensure product presentations and demonstrations align clearly with prospect and customer requirements
• Translate deep domain expertise into actionable tactics and messaging for sales teams
• Provide ongoing functional and process education through formal and informal channels, including market insights, use cases, and discovery discussion topics
• Collaborate with competitive intelligence teams to strengthen positioning, update battlecards, and deliver win reports with actionable insights
• Serve as a process and functional expert, guiding prospects and customers on best practices for adopting workforce planning solutions
• Support sales teams in key and late-stage opportunities
• Conduct discovery workshops and solution mapping sessions with prospects, customers, and partners
• Act as a thought leader at internal and external events, and create expert content via blogs, webcasts, presentations, whitepapers, and social media
• Provide actionable feedback from the field to product teams to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable understanding of enterprise planning platforms and their application to complex business challenges
• Deep domain knowledge of workforce planning at strategic, operational, and headcount levels, including market solutions, required processes, best practices, and key stakeholders
• Understanding of product management, go-to-market operations, and enablement
• Proven experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software
• Ability to ask the right questions, manage objections, and guide the sales journey
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills with exceptional ability in presenting compelling content, performing product demonstrations, and leading workshops
• Experience developing enablement programs
• Results-driven mindset with ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality, high-impact work
• Ability to communicate effectively in French and/or German is preferred to support collaboration with regional stakeholders
