About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential logistics technology organization seeking a Product Owner to drive the evolution of their out-of-home parcel locker platform across international markets. This is a hands-on role where you'll own a complete product pillar, working at the intersection of operations and product strategy to deliver meaningful platform improvements.

Our client operates in the logistics and eCommerce sector, building next-generation solutions that combine hardware and software. You'll be joining a team that moves with startup speed while leveraging enterprise resources, working on complex B2B products that serve multiple markets and partners.

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the roadmap for one product pillar of the OOH parcel locker platform, translating strategic priorities into a clear, prioritized backlog
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements to keep the backlog refined and ready for delivery
• Prioritize work by balancing user needs, business value, technical constraints, and stakeholder input, communicating trade-offs transparently
• Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver against the roadmap, resolving ambiguity and making day-to-day product decisions
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and other agile rituals for your product pillar
• Translate stakeholder and market feedback into structured, actionable product insights
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure complex issues are resolved and recurring patterns feed back into your backlog
• Track and report key product metrics, surfacing trends and insights that inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, workflows, known issues, and product decisions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in product management/ownership, integration, implementation, or technical project management in B2B environments
• Proven experience owning a backlog and writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within agile software delivery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and prioritization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
• Low-ego, hands-on mentality with a strong bias for getting things done
• Fundamental understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, or digital platform products
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid working permit for Germany

Nice to Have:

• Experience with products that combine hardware and software (connected devices, IoT, or embedded systems)
• Previous experience in logistics
• German language skills
• Comfort working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking platforms
