Logistic Coordinator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail organization in their search for a Logistics Coordinator based remotely in India. Our client requires immediate availability and is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate documentation across their supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery of goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and deliveries across all operations
• Follow up with transport partners regarding delayed, pending, or incomplete shipments
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
• Update shipment statuses and maintain accurate logistics records using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members
• Communicate with producers, transporters, and stakeholders regarding shipment updates
• Escalate shipment delays, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to management
• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports
• Support import/export documentation when required
• Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics documentation

What We're Looking For

• Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) including tracking, reporting, and data management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to write professional emails
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive approach with ability to take ownership of tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving logistics processes
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is advantageous but not required; candidates with relevant coordination experience will be considered
