Senior UI/UX Designer

Evolution, a leading technology company in the Products and Information Technology sector, is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer for our Tallinn, Harju County office. This is a full-time position where you'll take the lead in designing exceptional user experiences for digital products.

What This Role Involves

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Evolution, you'll lead the design vision for digital products used by millions. You'll bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives, creating intuitive, visually compelling experiences. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex digital products
• Lead design reviews and present solutions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to solve real user problems
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products or platforms
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform design systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile development environments
• Background in visual design, interaction design, or both
