About This Opportunity

We are representing a venture-backed construction technology company that is transforming how modern buildings are manufactured. Our client serves prefab and modular construction teams with mission-critical software solutions. As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join this fully remote, high-growth team.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape client relationships from first contact. You'll be connecting with forward-thinking construction professionals who are adopting sustainable, offsite manufacturing approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute outreach strategies through personalized emails, calls, and social media engagement
  • Initiate conversations with potential clients in the prefab and modular construction space
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities that meet monthly targets for both volume and quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and approach based on market feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales automation tools
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by staying current on industry trends and client needs
  • Travel occasionally to industry events and client meetings (up to 25%)

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar client-facing roles
  • Background in technology or construction technology environments strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities
  • Genuine interest in construction, sustainability, or manufacturing technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
