Insurance Sales Advisor – Commercial Lines

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance brokerage seeking an Insurance Sales Advisor - Commercial Lines to join their remote team. This is a commission-based production role focused on generating new commercial lines revenue and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial lines insurance revenue through prospecting and sales activities
• Meet established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Execute results-oriented activities including cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business
• Develop expertise in chosen commercial lines focus area for optimal success
• Manage a book of business to maintain high renewal rates
• Collaborate with client service teams to analyze renewals and place new accounts
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce and follow sales best practices

What We're Looking For

• Active state-issued Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License (required)
• 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of insurance sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow revenue

Compensation

Our client offers a total compensation range of $65,000–$110,000, depending on geographic location, years of insurance sales experience, and demonstrated ability to grow book revenue. This role includes a two-year tiered-down non-recoverable draw and commission-based earnings tied to production results.
