Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and company standards
• Monitor customer interactions and resolve service issues to maintain a positive customer experience
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste
• Train and mentor staff on product preparation, food safety, and customer service best practices
• Help manage cash handling, payment processing, and financial transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with management
• Champion company policies and brand standards in all operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or retail management or supervisory roles preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of food safety practices and protocols (or willingness to learn and certify)
• Comfortable with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
