About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll take on a leadership role in our Logan store, working closely with the store manager and crew to ensure smooth daily operations. You'll be instrumental in building a strong team culture, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the store's growth and profitability. This is a hands-on position where you'll balance team leadership with direct involvement in store operations, from food preparation to customer service to inventory management.

Core Duties

• Supervise and mentor crew members, ensuring consistent training and performance standards
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to Domino's safety and hygiene protocols
• Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and workforce planning to maintain adequate staffing
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control food and supply costs
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and point-of-sale operations
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Support promotions, community events, and store marketing initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the dining and kitchen areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm during peak service hours
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory and sales reporting
• Food safety and health certification or willingness to obtain one
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
