Chef de projet infrastructure Réseau

Join Devoteam as a Chef de projet infrastructure Réseau (Infrastructure and Network Project Manager) based in Rabat, Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco, in a full-time remote position. We are seeking an experienced infrastructure project lead to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical network infrastructure initiatives within our Trust & Cybersecurity division.

Role Overview

As Infrastructure and Network Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless deployment and optimization of network systems. Your role bridges technical execution with strategic business objectives, requiring you to coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and vendors whilst maintaining a focus on quality, security, and operational excellence. This remote position offers the flexibility to contribute at scale across Devoteam's regional footprint from your base in Morocco.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee infrastructure and network deployment projects from initiation through completion
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on project milestones
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and change records
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timeline adherence
• Ensure compliance with security standards and organisational policies throughout project delivery

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in infrastructure project management
• Proven track record managing network or infrastructure projects with measurable delivery success
• Strong technical foundation in network architecture, data centre operations, or related infrastructure domains
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Fluency in English and French (required for regional collaboration)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
