Senior Civil Engineer – Data Center

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering firm that designs critical infrastructure for hyperscale technology campuses across the United States. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Data Center Civil Team on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects being built today.

This position offers flexible work arrangements including hybrid or fully remote options across various US locations. You'll work on relationship-based projects with clients who value long-term partnerships and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on select data center campus projects and lead design engineer on others
• Prepare planning and design documents for large-scale infrastructure developments
• Process design calculations and develop client and team standards
• Lead quality assurance and quality control processes on complex projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, professional staff, technical consultants, and clients
• Act as an advisor on technically complex civil engineering challenges
• Contribute to the design of critical infrastructure supporting technology and connectivity

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8 or more years of related civil engineering project experience
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work effectively on team-based projects
• Experience with large-scale site development or campus infrastructure preferred
• Passion for delivering innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
