Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud

We are representing a leading technology consulting organization in their search for a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Service Cloud. Our client is at the forefront of AI-powered business transformation, working with enterprise customers to design and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that integrate CRM platforms with advanced artificial intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and workflows
• Translate customer needs into Salesforce design solutions leveraging platform best practices
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using declarative tools and methods
• Develop technical requirements and specifications for delivery teams
• Drive UX design best practices throughout solution delivery
• Manage all aspects of project execution and client communications
• Deliver end user training and comprehensive documentation
• Oversee and ensure successful completion of assigned projects
• Lead strategic discussions with contact center and customer service leadership
• Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with AI specialists to create innovative integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years in hands-on technical consulting and project management roles
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com)
• Expert-level skills designing Service Cloud solutions using declarative configuration
• Ability to document technical requirements and understand solutions using Apex, VisualForce, and Web Services
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce deployments including release management, multi-environment strategies, legacy system integration via APIs, and custom code development
• Professional experience owning end-to-end SDLC processes including structured code management and project methodology
• Track record leading enterprise Service Cloud projects, including ground-up deployments
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
• Full English proficiency
• Ability to travel internationally

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics
• One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder); multiple certifications strongly preferred
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong business process improvement assessment skills
• Excellent client relationship and team collaboration abilities
