Remote Account Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential promotional products organization that is building out its sales team across Latin America. This is a full-cycle Account Executive role where you will own the entire sales process from prospecting through closing and account growth.

You will manage revenue generation through consultative selling, running discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and recommending tailored product solutions. Day-to-day, you'll be diagnosing business needs, building accurate quotes with sound margins, and positioning promotional merchandise solutions against customer objectives.

Beyond individual transactions, you'll maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts. You'll build multi-contact relationships across customer organizations and develop long-term loyalty that drives repeat business. Success means consistent revenue attainment, growing account value over time, and operating independently in a fast-paced remote environment while taking ownership of customer challenges through to resolution.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of B2B sales or Account Executive experience with full-cycle ownership from prospecting through close
• Demonstrated track record selling to US-based customers
• Verifiable quota achievement and closed-deal results (revenue figures, attainment percentage, or account growth on CV)
• Hands-on experience building quotes and proposals, including margin and pricing management on product-based deals
• Proven account expansion experience — upselling or cross-selling existing customers after the initial sale
• C1+ English (CEFR) for live, client-facing sales conversations with US decision-makers
• Based in Dominican Republic or Honduras

Nice-to-Have:

• Promotional products, branded merchandise, or corporate gifting sales background
• B2B ecommerce, wholesale, or apparel/product-based sales experience
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Prior success in commission-based compensation structures
