Revenue Technology Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential DevOps platform company in their search for a Revenue Technology Analyst. This role supports the technology stack that powers go-to-market operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.

You'll work remotely from Canada or the United States, partnering with Revenue Operations, Strategy, Enablement, and IT teams to maintain workflows, automations, and integrations across a 10+ tool revenue technology ecosystem. This position works with platforms like Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and similar tools under the direction of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across the complete tech stack
• Maintain business rhythm for end users including provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing tool maintenance
• Support stakeholder requests and communication across revenue technology platforms
• Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; recommend improvements and assist with implementation
• Support vendor coordination including procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews in partnership with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Finance
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy, Legal, Revenue Strategy, and Sales Data Analytics teams
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools to improve team efficiency and productivity
• Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance for self-service enablement in a remote environment
• Leverage AI solutions to automate and streamline processes across go-to-market workflows

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams
• Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar platforms
• Understanding of system integrations, automations, permissions, and data management concepts
• Experience leveraging AI in daily workflows, ideally building agents or artifacts that accelerate productivity
• Exposure to tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, or implementation planning
• Ability to identify workflow and process gaps and turn them into practical improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building or supporting reporting and dashboards
• Clear, inclusive communication skills with ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, IT, Enablement, Strategy, and Legal teams
• Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with strong prioritization and proactive communication abilities
• Helpful but not required: exposure to automation tools like Workato or Zapier, familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market motions, and data skills such as Salesforce reporting, business intelligence, SQL, or Python
